Servicing & MOT

The Office of Fair Trading has decreed that you no longer have to take you car to a main dealer to maintain your factory warranty. This means that we can provide you with a value-for-money alternative where your car enjoys the same care and attention, maintaining its reliability and resale value, but at the fraction of the price. We only use original quality parts either from the manufacturers themselves, or where possible, sourced directly from their suppliers, so we can pass the savings onto you.

We can also carry out your annual MOT for you, performing all pre-MOT checks, rectifying any faults and presenting the car at our local test centre on your behalf. We can take care of the whole process and keep you informed throughout, making sure that there are no nasty surprises.

Winter and summer checks

Whether it’s the depths of winter, or time to pack the kids in for the summer holidays, let our team of technicians prepare your car for the trails of seasonal driving. Checking tyres, bulbs and antifreeze quality in winter can make all of the difference to you reaching your destination, and of course, in the summer coolant, oil levels and air con units can all be optimised before you set off. Don’t leave it up to chance, these checks can be performed ‘while you wait’ if pre-booked, leaving you feeling safe and confident in your car.

Parts and quick fit

In most cases we can match or beat the prices of the so called ‘Fast Fit’ centres and we’d like to think that we take a little more care over the work that we do. If your car needs a new battery, exhaust or clutch, we can usually get this the same working day if we don’t carry it in stock, meaning that we can send you on your way with the minimum of fuss and disruption. The company has been established since 1996 and is owned and managed by a local family with a team of professionally trained staff. The company has predominantly operated as THOR Racing for the past 7 years, dedicated to performance car tuning but since moving to new premises in Canley, Coventry the company has expanded its service coverage to general garage services.

With our pedigree in performance car modifications, circuit and drag racing and diagnostics we are able to offer customers the same skill, expertise and attention to detail in performing a simple oil change, service light reset to an engine exchange or rebuild. Rivalling the main dealer for quality and level of diagnostic skill yet also competing with other local garages on price.
